The article explores the functioning of feminitives-neologismsin modern English. Feminitives are quite actively studied by linguists. Word formation studies feminitives, gender linguistics their use. focus linguistic is study category using tools, representation in language, presence asymmetry (this phenomenon also called androcentrism language), etc. a struggle against which male norm presented as universal. In article, considered stratification category, one parameters social identity speaker constructed communication.
